Alumni

IPS graduates pursue their academic, creative, and personal interests through different kinds of programs in different kinds of public and independent schools. Last year students from The Class of 2008 enrolled in West Vancouver Secondary, West Point Grey Academy, and in a distance learning program that allowed one of our graduates to pursue her passion in dance at Perform Art Studios. One of our international students now attends Hawai’i Preparatory Academy after completing Grades 6, 7, and 8 at IPS. Other IPS Alumni have attended Lester B. Pearson United World College, Sentinel, and Rockridge Secondary. Older IPS alumni choose to pursue their postsecondary school interests by attending college or university. Others choose to travel when they finish high school; while still others have begun to establish careers for themselves in medicine, law, or the trades.

What is telling about this school is that IPS alumni can be found in every corner of the planet doing every imaginable thing. However different their post middle school pursuits may be, IPS Alumni are bound together by an understanding that it matters how you treat people; that wisdom, courage, and integrity are important human virtues worth pursuing; that it’s important to have a “good head on your shoulders”; and that the world is a better place to live because of Joel Silver’s Ultimate contribution to sport.
